Important information

Only one reward can be redeemed for each screening on a specific time, date and place. Choose one person from your group who will complete this form and receive the rewards in the mail. Discuss with your group about how you can share these rewards.

You will be asked to show proof of your group ticket buy. This can be a receipt, a collection of all the tickets, etc. but must easily show the total number of tickets sold and must be combined into a single document.

Be sure to check your shipping address is accurate.

Printing and shipping may take a few weeks, but we will work to get you the rewards as quickly as possible.

Reward levels

• 25-49 tickets: One mini poster per ticket

• At least 50 tickets: 50 mini posters and a variety pack of 50 postcards with never-before-released special notes from the band
